box-sizing: border-box; word-wrap: break-word !important; border: 1px solid rgb(128, 177, 53); white-space: normal; font-family: 微軟雅黑; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 所謂的副葉輪流體動(dòng)力密封是指在泵的葉輪后蓋板背面附近同軸反方向安裝一開式葉輪。當(dāng)泵工作時(shí),副葉輪隨泵主軸一起旋轉(zhuǎn),副葉輪中的液體也會(huì)一起旋轉(zhuǎn),轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的液體會(huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)向外的離心力,這個(gè)離心力一方面頂住流向機(jī)械密封處的液體,降低了機(jī)械密封處的壓力。 另一方面阻止介質(zhì)中的固體顆粒進(jìn)入機(jī)械密封的摩擦副中,減少機(jī)械密封磨塊的磨損,延長了其使用壽命。 副葉輪除了起到密封作用外,還可以起到降低軸向力的作用,在潛污泵中軸向力主要是由液體作用在葉輪上的壓差力和整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的重力所組成,這兩個(gè)力的作用方向是相同的,合力是由兩個(gè)力相加而成。 可以看出,在性能參數(shù)完全相同的情況下,潛污泵的軸向力比一般臥式泵要大,而平衡難度比立式泵要難。 所以在潛污泵中,軸承容易損壞其原因也是與軸向力大有著很大的關(guān)系。而如果安裝了副葉輪,液體作用在副葉輪上壓差力的方向是與上述兩力的合力相反的,這樣可以抵消一部分軸向力,也就起到了延長軸承壽命的作用。 但是使用副葉輪密封系統(tǒng)也有一個(gè)缺點(diǎn),那就是在副葉輪上要消耗一部分能量,一般在3%左右,但是只要設(shè)計(jì)合理,完全可以把這部分損失降低到最低限度。 </blockquote><p style="margin-top: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; word-wrap: break-word !important; border: 1px solid rgb(128, 177, 53); white-space: normal; font-family: 微軟雅黑; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在一般的離心泵中,功率總是隨著流量的增加而增加的,也就是說,功率曲線是一根隨流量增加而上升的曲線,這對(duì)泵的使用會(huì)帶來一個(gè)問題: 當(dāng)泵在設(shè)計(jì)工況點(diǎn)運(yùn)行時(shí),一般來說,泵的功率小于電機(jī)額定功率,這臺(tái)泵的使用是安全的;但是當(dāng)泵揚(yáng)程降低時(shí),流量就會(huì)增加(從泵的性能曲線可以看出),功率也隨之增加。 當(dāng)流量超過設(shè)計(jì)工況點(diǎn)流量并到達(dá)一定值時(shí),泵的輸入功率可能會(huì)超過電機(jī)額定功率而造成電機(jī)過載而燒毀。電機(jī)過載運(yùn)行時(shí)要么保護(hù)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作使泵停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng);要么保護(hù)系統(tǒng)失靈使電機(jī)燒毀。 泵的揚(yáng)程低于設(shè)計(jì)工況點(diǎn)揚(yáng)程使用的情況,在實(shí)際中也是經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到的,一種情況是在泵選型時(shí),泵的揚(yáng)程選得過高,而實(shí)際使用時(shí)泵是降低揚(yáng)程使用的;另一種情況是,在使用中泵的工況點(diǎn)不太好確定,換句話說泵的流量需要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié);還有一種情況是泵需要經(jīng)常改變地點(diǎn)使用。這三種情況者陌可能使泵過載而影響泵的使用可靠性?？梢赃@么說,對(duì)于沒有全揚(yáng)程特性的泵(包括排污泵),其使用范圍會(huì)受到很大程度上的限制。所謂的全揚(yáng)程特性(也稱無過載特征)是指功率曲線隨流量增加而上升的速度非常緩慢,更理想的是當(dāng)流量增加到某一定值時(shí),功率不但不會(huì)再上升,反而會(huì)有所下降,也就是說功率曲線是一根有駝峰的曲線,如果這樣的話,我們只要選擇電機(jī)額定功率略超過駝峰點(diǎn)的功率值,那么在0流量到最大流量的整個(gè)范圍內(nèi),你無論在那一個(gè)工況點(diǎn)上運(yùn)行,泵的功率都不會(huì)超過電機(jī)功率而使泵過載,對(duì)于具備這種性能的泵,無論是選型還是使用時(shí),都會(huì)非常方便和可靠。另外電機(jī)功率也不需配得過大,可以節(jié)省可觀的設(shè)備費(fèi)用。使用編輯建筑物內(nèi)使用的排水泵有潛水排污泵、液下排水泵、立式污水泵和臥式污水泵等。由于建筑物內(nèi)一般場地較小，排水量不大，排水泵可優(yōu)先采用潛水排污泵和液下排水泵，其中液下排污泵一般在重要場所使用；立式污水泵和臥式污水泵要求設(shè)置隔震基礎(chǔ)、自灌式吸水、并占用一定的場地，故在建筑中較少使用。</blockquote><p style="margin-top: 0px;
